Director/Producer

Tricia Edwards began writing plays at age 15. Each play carries a life-changing message, positive attitude development, and goal motivation specifically for children.
Her artistic ability is enhanced by the uniqueness of her creativity,
she develops plays from true life situations, biblical recordings, and imaginative ideas which she approaches from a child's point of view, asking "What Would a Child Think?" Each time the answer to her question has been the creation of another play.
Her mission is to motivate, help and challenge at-risk children,
regardless of race. To develop their competence in all areas of
life, especially theatrics and television. She believes that children will mature into persons who value their individuality, make appropriate choices, have high self-esteem and respect for others.
In 1981, Ms. Edwards established T.E.& Company a non-profit Children's Theater Performing Arts organization for children ages nine through nineteen. In 1986 Children's Television was implanted for ages five thru high school, college students, and adults.
If not for T.E. & Company most of the teens involved would be susceptible to negative influences. By participating in T.E. programs the teens are immersed in the creative process, helping
in the writing and the creation of the theatrical performances in addition to the television shows. Many of the teens go on to pursue a college education.
Her favorite sayings are: "I'm only a vessel being used by God," and "There is no such thing as I can't do it!"
